Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Please note that international delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our golf equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories (grips, headcovers, etc.). Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our return center at:

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchanged item has a different price, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference.
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was free.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following golf products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Golf Grips: All types including Arthritic Grips, Iron Grips, and other installed grip products
  • Personalized Items: Any golf equipment with custom engravings or modifications
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products not in original condition or showing signs of use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring return of the damaged item

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
