Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most golf products within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Some specialty items may have different requirements (see exceptions below).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step-by-Step Process:

- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories (grips, headcovers, etc.). Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following golf products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf Grips: All types including Arthritic Grips, Iron Grips, and other installed grip products
- Personalized Items: Any golf equipment with custom engravings or modifications
- Used or Damaged Items: Products not in original condition or showing signs of use
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
